1/3 bag of vermiculite
1/2 mushroom compost or black cow or a mix of both
  no insects or larva from outside compost

mix in a cute wheel barrow, mines blue & i draw on it with sharpie.

⚠️ WARNING: Do not breath in dust from any inputs. Water down the peat first then add the others watering down if needed to reduce dust.

mix.

add to trays & sprinkle seeds on top & lightly cover, mist with spray bottle & cover with reusable plastic to keep humidity in.

Check daily for growth or mold.
