A quick example to exercise & warm your chicken flock in the winter. The leaves break down into compost which helps with supplemental heating and keeping the ground insulated. I like to stack functions. In this case we create a leaf pile to help warm the area around the chicken coup and attract our chicken friends to play! All this carbon is going to love their droppings which have a high nitrogen content! Thanks for watching and I hope you learn something new!
